Terms for Out-of-Town/State Purchases.


All applicable Federal, state and local firearms laws must be complied with. By ordering from us, you are representing that your purchase is legal in your area and not restricted by law. Modern guns (post-1898) will be shipped to FFL holders only. Antique guns will not knowingly be sold to convicted felons, minors, fugitives from justice, illegal aliens, drug addicts, alcoholics, or mentally defective individuals. By ordering from this Web site you are representing that you do not fit into any of these classifications. It is your responsibility to notify us if your status changes for future orders.


Payment - Payment through certified funds, Visa, or Master Card ship immediately. Payment through AMERICAN EXPRESS and Discover is not available. Shipments paid by personal check will be held until funds clear. Layaway is available. We do not have an on-line credit card purchasing service at this time. However, we welcome your call to us with credit card information to expedite your purchase.


Shipping - Shipping charges will be quoted at the time of your purchase.  We will provide shipping updates via email if you provide us with an email address.


FFL Requirement - The customer will need to coordinate with a local FFL to receive the firearm, assuming it is a modern firearm (post-1898), for them to contact us with their FFL and shipping address information.


Inspection and Return Period - For used guns, each mail order purchase is allowed a 3-day inspection period. If you are not satisfied, return the gun unfired and in the same condition for a full refund of the purchase price - Purchaser must pay return shipping, handling, and insurance costs. Please call and notify us if you are returning an item.


For new guns, all sales are final, but we will of course work with you to resolve any problems with your purchase, just as if you had bought the gun here in our store. Defective new products will be shipped to the manufacturer for repair. Please call us to discuss the necessary procedures, in the event the need arises.
